The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.

All service inquiries submitted through this website are treated as requests for information only and do not constitute a binding contract until a written agreement or invoice is executed between the parties. Pricing is not listed on this website; all pricing will be provided directly to the client following submission of a service request.

Upon full payment for completed design work, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client as agreed in the individual service agreement. The Company retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, timely feedback, and any necessary assets required to complete the requested service. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information may affect project timelines. The Company is not liable for errors in final deliverables that arise from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins on all custom services, including Website Design (single-page and multi-page) and Custom Logo Design. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received in full. All payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement or invoice provided to each client.
All custom Logo Design and Website Design projects (single-page and multi-page) include up to 3 revisions at no additional charge. Any revision requests beyond the 3rd will be billed at 5% of the total project cost per revision, invoiced before work on that revision begins. The client's written or electronic approval of a proof or design constitutes acceptance of the final product. The Company is not responsible for errors discovered after client approval.
Due to the custom nature of printed apparel and decal products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once production has begun, except in cases where the Company has made an error. Color representation on screen may vary slightly from printed output. The Company will make every reasonable effort to match approved proofs.
This website uses Web3Forms for form submission processing. By submitting a request form, you acknowledge that your submitted information will be transmitted through Web3Forms' service. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buckhorn Digital & Print, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services. All custom Logo Design and Website Design projects include up to 3 revisions at no additional charge. Any revision requests beyond the 3rd revision will be billed at 5% of the total project cost per revision and must be invoiced and paid before that revision work begins.
